1. Our position

Stemelo processes eligible files locally on the user’s iPhone. We do not receive, host, index, publish, or distribute users’ songs or extracted stems. Users must have the rights needed to copy, modify, separate, practice with, and export their media.

2. What a complete notice must include

1. Your full name, organization (if any), reply email, and authority to act for the rights holder.
2. A clear identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property claimed to be affected.
3. The exact Stemelo app screen, website URL, branding element, or other material at issue. A general reference to private user audio is not enough because we do not possess that audio.
4. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your typed or electronic signature.

3. What happens next

We will review a complete notice, may request clarification, and will take appropriate action when the claim concerns material under our control. We cannot remove a local project from another person’s iPhone or identify private media we have never received.

4. Accuracy and misuse

Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may create liability. Do not include unnecessary personal data, audio files, payment information, passwords, or confidential material.

5. Submit a notice

Use the official Stemelo support form and select “Copyright notice.” Paste the required information into the message field. The form does not accept attachments.
