A file will not import
Confirm that it is a local, unprotected audio or video file and that the iPhone has enough free storage. Protected Apple Music files and direct YouTube downloads are not supported.
Processing paused in the background
Open Stemelo again. On iOS 18–25, the app saves completed chunks and resumes when foreground time is available. Keep the iPhone powered and avoid Low Power Mode for long songs.
BPM or musical key is not shown
Stemelo does not invent a result when confidence is below its threshold. Enter the BPM or key manually in the workspace.
A purchase is missing
Open Stemelo Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Bluetooth playback is delayed
Wireless audio adds device-dependent latency. For sample-accurate loop practice, use the iPhone speaker or a wired output.
Subscription management
View or cancel an Apple subscription at Apple Subscriptions. Billing refunds are requested directly from Apple.
